Introduction:
Below you will find the terms and conditions that govern your use of the eStores platform and all legal effects that result from your use of the eStores platform services on the web. Any person's use of the eStores platform, whether a consumer, merchant or otherwise, is considered to be his approval and acceptance and is considered to be in full legal, regulatory and legal capacity for all articles, clauses and provisions contained in this agreement, and is an affirmation of your commitment to its systems and what is stated therein. We note that the eStores platform may be (a website, a mobile application, or an electronic platform) and this agreement becomes effective and enforceable once you agree to it and start registering on the eStores platform in accordance with Articles Five and Ten of the Saudi Electronic Transactions Law.
Article 1 - Introduction and Definitions:
The above introduction is considered an integral part of this agreement. The following are the meanings and definitions of the main terms used in this Agreement:
(eStores Platform) This term refers to the eStore IT Company, and this definition includes all forms of the eStore IT Company on the Internet, whether an electronic application or a website on the World Wide Web.
(Merchant) This term means every merchant who registers on the eStores Platform to create his online store, whether a natural or legal person, and this definition includes all aspects of the store as long as he practices his trade through the eStores Platform, including the merchant’s website.
(Store) This term means the store used by the merchant on the eStores Platform online.
(Consumer) This term means every consumer who purchases the product or service from the merchant, through the online store created by the merchant through the platform eStores.
(Agreement) This term means the rules, terms and conditions for using the eStores electronic platform, i.e. all the terms and conditions of this agreement, which govern and regulate the relationship between the parties to this agreement.
(Service Provider) This term means the services provided by the eStores platform to merchants through third parties, and providing services simply means providing the link between the merchant and the service provider, as the eStores platform does not have any authority or relationship with the agreement concluded between the merchant and the service provider.
Article 2 - Legal Capacity of the Merchant:
The merchant acknowledges that he has legal capacity recognized by Sharia and law, and that he is not less than eighteen years old as considered in the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and that he has sufficient knowledge to establish and manage his electronic store through the eStores platform.
As an exception to what is stated in paragraph 1 (1) of Article 2 (2), the merchant may practice trade if he is under the legal age recognized in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (eighteen years), where he is obligated to provide proof of his guardian’s approval to establish the electronic store, such as a guardianship document, and a statement of consent signed by his legal guardian if necessary.
The merchant acknowledges that he has sound legal capacity and that he does not suffer from any symptoms that affect his legal capacity.
In the event that the merchant is registered as an establishment, company or any other legal form, this establishment, company or legal form registered through it must have the legal capacity necessary to practice business through the eStores electronic platform.
The merchant agrees that if he violates this article “Legal Capacity of the Merchant”, he will bear the consequences of this violation before consumers, users or third parties, as the eStores platform has no relationship with the merchant’s dealings with the consumer or third parties from a legal, regulatory and legitimate perspective, and the eStores platform reserves the right to eStores has the right in this case to hold the merchant accountable in accordance with the provisions of contractual liability, and is obligated to compensate it for the damages that may arise as a result of this violation, and these damages affect the reputation of the eStores platform before other merchants, consumers, users or third parties.
Article 3 - Nature of the eStores platform's obligation:
The eStores platform's mission is to provide electronic support tools only, by creating the store, as the eStores platform's obligation under this agreement is limited only to creating the merchant's electronic store on the eStores platform, and placing the store in front of users.
The eStores platform may provide other services to the merchant or store, such as marketing support services or guidance and advice services, as well as online electronic payment gateways, and all eStores platform services are subject to the articles, terms and conditions of this User Agreement.
The eStores platform is not obligated to complete the sale of products or services between the consumer and the store, as Its commitment to provide e-store creation services via the eStores platform ends, and this does not affect other services that the eStores platform continues to provide, such as guidance, advice, technical support, marketing, and payment methods.
The eStores platform may provide some free services temporarily to some stores, such as allowing the merchant to modify and change the store’s appearance, shape, or colors based on his desire. These services are provided by the eStores platform management for free and are subject to specific and certain restrictions. If the merchant desires additional services, he must contact the eStores platform’s technical support to inquire about offers and fees for packages and additional services.
All transactions that take place between the merchant and the consumer are not related to the eStores platform person, and the eStores platform is not responsible for them, as these transactions are a relationshipAn independent contractual relationship subject to the agreement concluded between the merchant and the consumer. Accordingly, if the consumer fails to pay for the service or product provided by the merchant, the eStores platform has nothing to do with these violations.
All transactions that take place between the merchant and service providers (third-party services) that the eStores platform provides the link between them or offers their services for the benefit of the merchant and the consumer, the eStores platform has nothing to do with them, as this relationship is a contractual relationship independent of the eStores platform and is subject to the agreement concluded between the merchant and the service provider. Accordingly, if one of the parties fails, refuses or defaults on its agreed-upon obligations or does not implement them in the required manner, the eStores platform is not responsible for the consequences of these actions. The eStores platform is not responsible for any violations that occur or are committed between the merchant and the service provider.
You know that the eStores platform is an electronic technical platform on the Internet that allows the merchant who agrees to this agreement to create his electronic store and practice his activity through the store, and its mission ends at this point. The eStores platform does not bear any responsibility for violations committed by the merchant in his store in violation of the provisions of this agreement, and the eStores platform has no relation to the transactions that take place between the merchant and the consumer.
Article 4 - Controls for creating an electronic store:
Any person who has legal capacity recognized by Sharia and law may create his store in accordance with the rules and provisions of the User Agreement, and in particular "Article One - Legal Capacity of the Merchant".
The store created in accordance with the eStores platform user agreement must not violate the laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the merchant is obligated to clarify the activity he practices through e-commerce, and the services or products he provides or sells, and the eStores platform disclaims any responsibility for the store's violation of the provisions of the Saudi system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and public morals. The eStores platform always reserves the right to refuse to register any online store that does not comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the provisions of this agreement. Accordingly, the merchant acknowledges, in accordance with the provisions of the agreement, that his store does not violate the public order in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or Islamic literature.
The store created through the eStores platform must not be in violation of the rules and provisions of this User Agreement, and the merchant acknowledges that the store that focuses on dealing in the store does not violate this agreement or the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
No person has the right to use the eStores platform if his membership has been canceled by the eStores platform or by judicial orders or rulings.
In the event that any user registers as an organization, company, charitable association or legal entity, the organization, company or registered entity shall be bound by all the rules and provisions mentioned in the Platform User Agreement eStores.
All stores and merchants must comply with all applicable laws regulating e-commerce, as well as comply with the Information Crimes System, the Ministry of Commerce and Investment regulations, the Electronic Transactions System, and the E-Commerce System.
The merchant acknowledges that before registering on the eStores platform, he has verified the availability of all procedures and requirements required by the official authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and that he has fulfilled all these procedures and requirements to practice his activity in the store.
All stores wishing to register on the eStores platform and practice e-commerce activity must issue: a commercial register or a freelance work document, or register on the Maroof platform.
In the event that the merchant applying to join and establish the store is an individual merchant (a natural person), he is also obligated to verify and provide the requirements required by the official authorities according to the nature of the individual merchant's activity, and the individual merchant acknowledges that he is committed to these requirements and is committed to providing and preparing them, and the individual merchant is also obligated to provide a number His national identity and other necessary information and documents required by the eStores platform.
In the event that the merchant applying to join and establish his store represents a commercial establishment, company, charitable association or legal entity, all supporting information and documents must be provided to the eStores platform, such as the commercial register and any other store documents required by the eStores platform to register and prove the legal identity of the store.
The store and merchant must comply with the registration obligations specified in "Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations", and all the rules and provisions contained in the User Agreement.
Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations:
Once you submit an application to join the eStores platform membership or request to create an online store, you must disclose specific information and choose a username and a secret password to use when accessing the eStores platform services. After activating your account, you will become a user of the eStores platform services, and you have agreed:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to notify the eStores platform immediately of any unauthorized use of your account information with the eStores platform or any other breach of your confidential information.
The eStores platform does not bear any responsibility for any loss you may incur, directly or indirectly, morally or materially, as a result of disclosing your username or login information, or in the event of misuse of the store.
You are committed to using your online store yourself, for which you are fully responsibleFor full, and if someone else uses it, this means that you have authorized him to use the store in your name and on your account, unless you inform the store management otherwise.
When using the eStores platform, you undertake to use it seriously and honestly, and to comply with the rules and provisions of the User Agreement and to comply with the legal and regulatory controls in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and you undertake to compensate the eStores platform for any direct or indirect losses that the eStores platform may incur as a result of any improper, illegal or unauthorized use of your account by you or by any other person who has obtained the keys to access your account on the platform, whether to perform services using the username and password or as a result of your negligence in maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password, whether with or without your permission.
You undertake to disclose correct, accurate, up-to-date, complete and legal information about yourself as required during registration on the eStores platform and you undertake to update your data in the event of an actual change or if necessary.
Do not include any of the details of the username Your contact information such as email addresses, phone numbers or any personal details, or any phrase that indicates a personal or business relationship between you and the eStores platform, its employees or owners.
Do not place references in your store to any direct or indirect relationship between the store and the eStores platform, its management, owners or employees, as the eStores platform has nothing to do with what you do in your store and is not responsible for the activity of your store.
The eStores platform is committed to treating your personal information and contact addresses confidentially in accordance with the provisions of the privacy and confidentiality policy applicable to the eStores platform.
You will always be committed to keeping your registration data updated to remain correct, accurate, current, complete and legal, and if you disclose information that is incorrect, inaccurate, outdated, incomplete, illegal or in violation of what is stated in the User Agreement, the eStores platform has the right to suspend, freeze or cancel your membership, store and account on the platform, without prejudice to the other rights of the eStores platform and its legal means to recover its rights And to protect the rest of the users.
The eStores platform has the right at any time to conduct any investigations it deems necessary, whether directly or through a third party, and to request you to disclose any additional information or documents of any size to prove your identity or ownership of your funds or account.
In the event of non-compliance with any of the above, the eStores platform management has the right to suspend or cancel your store or membership or block your access to the eStores platform services again. It also reserves the right to cancel any unconfirmed and unverified accounts or transactions or accounts that have remained inactive for a long period of time.
Article Six - Electronic Communications and Official Means of Communication:
The merchant on the eStores platform agrees to be contacted via email, or through the eStores platform management to broadcast general messages that will be sent to all users or to specific users when accessing their accounts within the eStores platform. The merchant also agrees on the eStores platform that all agreements, announcements, statements and other communications provided to him electronically are an alternative to their written counterparts, which are considered an independent evidence in meeting legal requirements.
During the period of your membership and trading with the platform, the eStores platform will send promotional emails to inform you of any changes, procedures or new advertising activities that may be added to the eStores platform.
Article Seven - Amendments to the User Agreement and Fees:
You acknowledge and agree that the eStores platform will notify you of any amendment to this agreement, which will double your obligations or reduce your rights according to any amendments to this User Agreement.
You agree that the eStores platform has full authority and without any legal liability to make any basic or subsidiary amendments to this agreement, and users will be notified of this amendment by any available technical means, which may be via email or broadcasting a general message to all users, and the platform provides eStores technical means to display the store's acceptance of this amendment, and this acceptance shall be legal, ignorant, and binding on the store to the terms of the agreement, including the amendments.
In the event of objection to any amendment to the User Agreement, this may be an obstacle to accessing the store, and to benefit from the services of the eStores platform, this agreement and any amendment thereto must be approved, and therefore in the event of non-acceptance of the amendment, the eStores platform hopes that you will stop using its services, as your access to your account on the eStores platform or your use of the eStores platform is considered acceptance of these amendments and full and ignorant consent, and the eStores platform is happy to answer your inquiries regarding this agreement and receive any suggestions that the store deems appropriate.
All fees are calculated in Saudi riyals, and the merchant must pay all fees due on the platform in addition to any other expenses added by the eStores platform, provided that payment is made by the approved and specified means available through the platform eStores.
Not all eStores platform packages and offers are free for merchants or stores as some of these packages and offers are subject to varying fees.
eStores platform may charge merchants or stores fees based on the offers or packages they join or the policies they use.
eStores platform reserves the right to add, increase, reduce or deduct any fees or expenses under the rules and provisions of the User Agreement, for any of the users, regardless of the reason for their registration.
Article Eight - Payment and Payment Services for Stores on the eStores platform:
The eStores platform, through its partners, provides the payment system on the eStores platform, and this can be done entirely online through the payment options available on the eStores platform or through any payment method provided by the eStores platform from time to time.
The eStores platform has nothing to do with the cash on delivery method, as this method is subject to the relationship between the consumer, the merchant and the service provider.
The eStores platform may stipulate at any time and in any case that payment be made directly between the merchant and the consumer, through their own bank accounts, and therefore the eStores platform has nothing to do with that.
The eStores platform’s provision of the online payment service via the platform is for the purpose of facilitating and preserving the rights of merchants and stores.
The merchant is obligated to determine the price of the service or goods that he offers in his store according to the recognized market value, and the eStores platform has nothing to do with eStores estimates the cost of products or services offered in stores on the eStores platform, as estimating them in the recognized commercial manner is an obligation on the merchant’s responsibility.
The merchant is obligated to provide invoices, receipts, and payment receipts for all amounts and profits generated in his store, and is obligated to mention the type of goods or service, their quantities, description, and value in all these invoices. Accordingly, the merchant is obligated to provide the required accounting specifications in his electronic store, in application of the provisions of this agreement, and for the legal, economic and commercial interests of merchants in this organization, and in the event that the merchant violates the provisions of this paragraph, he shall be considered responsible for any damages that may arise as a result of this violation.
The eStores platform reserves the right to prevent the completion of any payment process that violates the rules and provisions of the User Agreement, or to cancel any purchase or sale order as a result of a technical or technical error in the platform that led to a difference in the prices displayed on the platform from the market value of the product, including a loss for the eStores platform, and the eStores platform shall not be responsible for those amounts.
The eStores platform management reserves the right to cancel, modify or change any of the payment methods that it has made available on the eStores platform.
Article Nine - Your Personal Information and Transaction Details Information:
Do not object to the platform granting eStores has an unlimited, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right and license to use the personal information or materials you have provided or that have been provided to the Platform or advertised on the Platform by joining it or creating your store, through the designated contact and registration forms, or through any email or any of the communication channels available on the Platform. Article Ten - The merchant's commitment to comply with the laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia:
The merchant is committed to complying with all applicable laws and regulations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding his products and/or during his use of the eStores platform, as well as the applicable laws, terms and conditions governing the use of the Internet space, the User Agreement, and the Privacy and Confidentiality Policy applicable to the eStores platform.
In the event that any merchant violates what is stated in Article 10, he acknowledges the right of the platform eStores may take any of the following actions, including but not limited to: warning, stopping the service and closing the store, returning any outstanding amounts in electronic payments to consumers.
Article Eleven - Rights:
All content on the eStores platform, whether electronic or otherwise, written or unwritten, including but not limited to: written and unwritten texts - graphic designs - technical ideas - logos - presentations - button icons - icons - audio clips - collected data and electronic software, are the property of the eStores platform and their rights are reserved to the eStores platform, and no one has the right to use them in any way, whether directly or indirectly or through a third party.

The eStores platform is not responsible Any liability in the event of infringement of the intellectual property rights of the merchants who are members of the platform or the stores registered in it.
Article Twelve - Intellectual Property:
The eStores platform management respects the intellectual property rights of the merchants who have built through their stores, whether they are owned by them before or after the establishment of the store.
The merchant respects the intellectual property rights of the eStores platform, including the eStores platform itself, and the words, logos and other symbols of the eStores platform or displayed on the eStores platform, as the eStores platform and all its rights are protected by intellectual property rights and trademark laws, and are the exclusive property of the eStores platform, and it has no right in any way to violate or use them without permission from the eStores platform management.
Article Thirteen - Consumer:
While completing purchases, the consumer provides the following information to the eStores platform, including but not limited to: Name - EmailTroni - Phone.
The eStores platform's technical systems retain consumer data to facilitate their access to the platform and complete the purchases they desire.
The eStores platform is keen on the rights of consumers, although the consumer is not a party to this agreement, and to achieve one of the most important goals of the eStores platform, which is to provide high-quality service to everyone, and to ensure that consumers receive all their purchases properly, the eStores platform explains to the store the following:
In the event that the consumer purchases goods using one of the payment methods available on the eStores platform, and does not receive his goods or receives goods that differ from the specifications mentioned on the store page, the consumer has the right to inform the eStores platform, and the eStores platform has the right to take what it deems appropriate regarding the store that violated the rules of this agreement, in accordance with the rules of this agreement. However, the eStores platform is not legally or legitimately responsible for this violation by the merchant towards the consumer, as it is not a party to the relationship between the consumer and the merchant, but rather does so for reasons of improving the quality of the eStores platform and the merchants on the platform.
The consumer can review his purchases before receiving them to ensure that they are sound and identical to what was purchased, as the eStores platform is not responsible for the relationship between the consumer and the merchant.
Article Fourteen - Responsibility of the eStores platform:
The eStores platform is not responsible in any way for any unsatisfactory or delayed performance by stores, shipping companies, electronic payment gateways or banks, or the failure of consumers to pay, nor for any losses, malfunctions or delays, as a result of the unavailability of goods, late delivery or lack of quality of service provided by stores.
The eStores platform is not responsible for any claims arising from errors or Omissions, whether directly or indirectly, incidentally or from a third party.
The eStores platform does not bear any claims or obligations arising as a result of financial losses, defamation or damages resulting from misuse or inability to use the eStores platform, and the eStores platform does not bear any responsibilities or claims in such cases.
The eStores platform, its employees, owners or representatives do not bear any responsibility for any claim, dispute, costs, damages or any liability or any direct or indirect loss to any party resulting from any action taken by the platform user.
Article Fifteen - Confidentiality of Information:
The eStores platform informs users that cyberspace (the Internet) is not a secure medium, and the confidentiality of personal information cannot be guaranteed 100% in cyberspace.

Article Sixteen - Exchange, Return and Renewal Policy:
The validity period of the accounts and branches purchased by the user is the same as the validity period of the subscription. When purchasing a user or branch account, the cost of the account will be calculated based on the remaining period of the package subscription.
Article Seventeen - Cancellation of Membership or Store:
The eStores platform may, in accordance with the User Agreement and in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, temporarily or permanently suspend the store, withdraw and cancel the merchant's membership, or restrict the ability of merchants to access the eStores platform services, in the event of:
Breach of the rules and provisions of the User Agreement.
If the eStores platform is unable to verify any of the information provided by the user to it.
If eStores determines that the user's activities are illegal or may cause legal inconvenience or violation to other eStores users or to the eStores platform.
The eStores platform may resort "at its discretion" to reactivate suspended users, as a user whose activity has been permanently suspended or whose membership has been cancelled may not be able to From registering or restoring his account on the eStores platform or using the platform in any way, until he is allowed to reactivate. However, if the user violates this agreement, the eStores platform reserves the right to recover or claim any amounts due to the eStores platform from the user and any losses or damages caused by the merchant to the eStores platform, and the eStores platform has the right to take legal action or resort to the judicial authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia against the user as it deems appropriate.
The eStores platform does not waive its right to take appropriate action regarding any violation of the rules and provisions of the User Agreement and other similar acts of violation, and the eStores platform is not obligated to take any action against any violation of the User Agreement, but this matter is subject to the discretion of the eStores platform management and its legal department.
Article Eighteen - Request to close the store:
The merchant has the right to submit a request to closeThe merchant is committed to managing his store well, in a way that preserves the consumer and does not create a dispute between him and the consumer.
The merchant is committed to managing the payment, sale and purchase operations that take place in his store through the payment methods specified in this agreement.
The eStores platform reserves the right to reject or cancel purchases whether or not payment has been made, and the eStores platform will notify the user within five days of any of the following: The eStores platform notes that it has no relation to any dispute that may arise between the consumer and the merchant, and the eStores platform has no relation to any negligence by the consumer towards the store, whether by default in payment or otherwise.
The merchant agrees and acknowledges that he will not make fictitious or manipulative purchases on the eStores platform, and will not use a false name or any false personal information, or use a credit card that does not belong to him without authorization to purchase, as the eStores platform has the right to take appropriate legal action against all those who carry out fraudulent operations of this type.
All merchants and all stores acknowledge with full and ignorant knowledge that the management of the eStores platform in transferring funds for their commercial activities within the eStores platform is subject to the authority and powers of the Monetary Agency in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and as a result, the eStores platform warns all stores and merchants that it may be delayed In transferring some funds as a result of the restrictions imposed by the Monetary Agency, the Ministry of Commerce and Investment, and the e-commerce regulations imposed on electronic buying and selling operations.
The eStores platform reserves the right to impose any fees on merchants or stores as a result of their operations within the eStores platform, and the fees may be, for example, but not limited to: government agency fees, bank fees, administrative fees or any other fees that the eStores platform must pay as a result of the merchant or store’s activity.
Article Twenty - Prohibited Contents and Products:
As a merchant on the eStores platform, you are obligated not to allow advertising or publishing through your store any content that violates the privacy and confidentiality policy or the rules and provisions of this User Agreement.
The eStores platform strictly prohibits the sale of the following products and services, including but not limited to: any product/service that contains gambling, lucky boxes or random products, any product/service that may lead to any physical or psychological harm In any form, any pirated content or subscriptions and everything that violates intellectual property rights and copyrights, any sexual or pornographic product/service or calls for it.
Article Twenty-One - Saudi Information Crimes Law:
Merchants are obligated not to violate any of the provisions of the Saudi Information Crimes Law, and in the event of their violation of the provisions of the Saudi Information Crimes Law, this is subject to their sole responsibility and management, and the eStores platform is not responsible for the store’s violation of the applicable regulations, as the merchant is fully responsible for his store and responsible for his dealings with consumers, and the eStores platform always reserves the right to take what it deems appropriate regarding any store or merchant who violates the provisions of the Saudi Information Crimes Law, whether by reporting to the official authorities or simply closing the online store or canceling the merchant’s membership with the platform.
Article Twenty-Two - Restricting Access or Membership:
Without prejudice to the rights of other merchants, the eStores platform may suspend or cancel the merchant’s membership Or restrict the merchant’s access to the platform services at any time without notice and for any reason, without limitation.
Article Twenty-Three - Warranty:
The eStores platform does not guarantee the repair of defects nor does it guarantee that the products provided by merchants are free from any other defects. Instead, the store or merchant guarantees the products if the warranty and its duration are mentioned in the product description, and the merchant must adhere to good quality in his online store.
Article Twenty-Four - Merchant Responsibility:
The merchant agrees to bear responsibility and protect the eStores platform, its employees, owners or partners from any damage that may occur to the eStores platform as a result of the merchant’s violations, and is committed to removing any damage or preventing any damage that may be caused to the eStores platform or its employees or one of them as a result of claims, losses, malfunctions, costs, expenses or fees resulting from the merchant’s misuse or the user’s misuse, which resulted in a violation of the User Agreement or the regulations and laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, or a violation of the rights of the merchant or third parties, or a complaint from the user or third parties.

In the event that the user submits a request for a service provided by a (third party), the user authorizes and grants the eStores platform permission to provide the service provider (third party) with the user’s personal data that he requests, and other data that the service provider (third party) needs, in accordance with the rules and provisions of the privacy and confidentiality policy applicable on the eStores platform.
Some services provided by (third parties) on the eStores platform are used by the merchant through policies issued by agreement between the service provider and the eStores platform, so their use is through the eStores platform, and the eStores platform may deduct some costs from them in implementation of the agreement between the eStores platform and the service provider (third parties), and the eStores platform does not bear any responsibility resulting from the failure of the service provider to provide Its services.
Article Thirty-One - Technical Support:

The eStores platform allows stores to communicate with the technical support team of the eStores platform, which helps stores work through the platform and solve electronic technical problems that may arise in stores.
Article Thirty-Two - Dispute Settlement:
According to the rules and provisions of this User Agreement, in the event of a dispute, the dispute is settled through reconciliation or Negotiations or amicable settlement, and if the dispute persists, it is resolvedThrough the competent authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Article Thirty-Three - Policy for Receiving Consumer Complaints and Settling Disputes between the Consumer and the Store:
In the event of a complaint being filed against the consumer or the store, the eStores platform hopes that you will follow the following steps:
Step One: Submit the complaint via the dedicated link on the eStores platform, provided that the complaint includes: The text of the complaint and supporting documents - The name of the violating store. The eStores platform will then refer the complaint to the relevant store to resolve it.
Step Two: If the store does not respond to the consumer within seven days, the consumer will be notified of this and provided with the store’s legal identity if he wishes to file a complaint against it with the competent authorities.

Article Thirty-Four - General Provisions:

This User Agreement applies to all users of the eStores Platform and governs the relationship and is the contract between the Merchant and the eStores Platform only, regardless of any legal, corporate, commercial or charitable form taken by the Merchant or the Store. The relationship between the merchant and the consumer is subject to an independent legal relationship and has its own ongoing controls between them.
The store must establish its own user agreement, provided that it is in accordance with the provisions of the laws and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, especially the electronic transactions system, the electronic commerce system, and other systems related to the merchant's activity.
The merchant who joins the eStores platform through (Success Partners - the link is placed) grants the success partner with whom he registered the right to display the merchant's information and store.
No one - other than the eStores platform management - has the right to impose any materials, terms or provisions in the eStores platform user agreement, and the eStores platform has the right to receive merchants' suggestions regarding this agreement.
If the user agreement is translated into any other language, whether on the eStores platform or otherwise, the Arabic text of the user agreement remains the original in all transactions.
This agreement shall not be cancelled or amended except by a decision issued by the eStores platform management.
